The unique feature of our product is that you will have your very own “peak experience” ambassador for the first two days of your holiday. Carefully chosen for you from a team of English speaking instructors, they will ensure a smooth entry into your vacation.

Over a revitalising welcome drink your ambassador will ensure that all of your needs are being catered for and at the same time determine your wishes for the first two days. After arranging a suitable time to meet at the hotel the next morning you can enjoy the rest of your evening without having to worry about where to go or how to go about it. In essence it will all be done for you...

Should you need to rent ski equipment and have arranged to do so in advance through our UK office, it will either be in the ski locker of your hotel when you arrive, or you will be escorted to the local rental shop.

Your ambassador will ensure that your boots fit and that the skis are suitable. If there are any adjustments to be made, this will be taken care of overnight, and by the time you are ready to go the next day all will be sorted. Even your ski pass will have been collected for you.

If you have never been before, finding your way round a resort can be a daunting task.

Your “peak experience” ambassador will take into account your ability level and choose the best way to enter the ski area on the first morning. They will spend the full day with you, and will make advanced reservations in one of the many mountain huts for lunch, thus avoiding queuing for a table or standing in line at self-service restaurants.

Their expert knowledge of the ski area, mountain huts and weather patterns will ensure that the first two days of your holiday are trouble free and will be some of the best you have ever had on a mountain. You can use the service either to move around the mountain as fast as possible, or to improve your skiing and have the ambassador provide instruction. The choice is yours.

Either way, we want you to have the best possible experience from the beginning of your holiday. Regardless of your ability or the number of times you have been skiing we are sure that the more days you use our ambassador service the more you will enhance your skiing experience.

catering for beginners...

For first time skiers we suggest that you book into a local ski school or have private lessons with one of the English-speaking instructors. We can recommend a ski school and with expert help it will take you no time at all to start moving around the mountain.

You will quickly realise that the combination of sun, snow and scenery can be highly addictive and the best possible choice of holiday to escape the pressures of your daily life.

From each hotel or chalet in our program there are many kilometres of linked skiing and it is feasible and possible to ski in a different area each day you are there. So why not spoil yourselves and book one of our ambassadors for the duration of your stay.
