FAQs
Question: What if the skiers in our party are of varying ability levels?
Answer: Your Peak Experience Ambassador will assess the ski ability of each member of your party on the first morning. They will set a pace suitable for the person with the lowest ability level. Should you have beginners in your party, or a distinct split in ability level, we recommend that in order to cater for this, you invest in an additional Ambassador or book some ski school lessons for the less experienced members of your party.
Question: What is the difference between a Peak Experience Ambassador and an instructor?
Answer: A Peak Experience Ambassador is an experienced local ski instructor who is primarily employed to help you get the most out of your holiday, in guiding you to the most suitable ski areas, offering instruction tips if desired, and ensuring that all your needs are catered for, particularly during the first 2 days of your vacation.
Question: Can Peak Experience deal with individual requests?
Answer: Peak Experience relishes the opportunity to speak with you about your party’s requirements. It is in our interest to establish and offer any extra requests you may have that will ensure you have the holiday experience you deserve.
Question: If we organise a Corporate Break through Peak Experience, will you put together a suitable Apres Ski programme / alternative programme for non-skiers?
Answer: Peak Experience can tailor-make a corporate experience to the resort and include some of the many non-ski activities on offer, as well as some exciting and interesting activities to keep you entertained.
Question: Do Peak Experience cater for snowboarders?
Answer: All ski activities are, of course, also on offer to snowboarders. If you would prefer a snowboarding Ambassador then this can be arranged on request.
